Recycler

The recycler is a BCU-dependent device crafted at the BCU. It allows the player to recycle any item whatsoever into mass at a certain power cost.
Every individual item is worth an inherent (largely arbitrary) mass value that will be added to the base mass storage upon recycling. The required power cost is always exactly double the mass value.
Example: A single wood log has an inherent mass value of 1. Recycling it will thus generate 
1 for the base mass storage and cost

Currently the recycler cannot be upgraded in any way.
