Recycler

The Recycler is a BCU-dependent utility item that uses any item to create Mass at the cost of Power.

Every individual item is worth an inherent (largely arbitrary) mass value that will be added to the base Mass Storage upon recycling. The required power cost is always exactly double the mass value.

Example: A Wood Log has an inherent mass value of 1.
Recycling it will thus generate 1 for the base mass storage and cost 2.
