Wind Turbine

A Wind Turbine is a BCU-dependent utility item that can generate 
Power during windy days. This power increases the base Power total beyond the BCU's max capacity of 500. It is generally stored inside the Power Storage when the BCU is full.

Upgrades
The Wind Turbine has two (2) upgrades available.
Power Generation: Generates power based on the amount of wind it receives.
- Standard: +0.10 Power per second
- First upgrade: +0.12 Power per second
- Second upgrade: +0.15 Power per second
