The lathe is a BCU-dependent device crafted at the BCU. It allows the player to craft elevator parts for their own base as well as BCU crackers, enabling them to destroy enemy BCUs.

Without any upgrades, the lathe allows the player to craft high-end mechanical items at a certain power cost. The following one upgrade is available:
