Seeds
Seeds are used for growing plants in a Plant Bed.
They can be found in the following ways:

Gathering only produces a chance to find a seed of a particular plant, otherwise it returns the "useful" part of the plant.
Looting means finding the seeds in containers.
Extracting means right-clicking on the useful part of the plant and selecting "Extract Seed" or "Extract Seed x5".
