Welcome Bureaucrats to the role of User management! We are a special type of Administrator that deal with all things user rights!
- Keeps an eye on other users looking for those who:
- Display an aptitude for wiki editing and following our wiki standard (Users to Rogues)
- Shows a willingness to work together and helping other editors alongside them (Rogues to Editors)
- Display leadership qualities, know how to handle disputes both in discord or on discussion pages, shows an aptitude and knowledge to help improve the inner workings (templates, CSS, Javascript) of the wiki and is committed to spending time here. (Editors to Administrators+)
Rights and Privileges
A Bureaucrat can do what an Administrator can do, plus additional things
- Edit all user rights (userrights)
- Merge users (usermerge)
- Not be affected by rate limits (noratelimit)
- Rename users (renameuser)

The next level of rights and privileges is Director.
