The Plant Bed Sprinkler is used to water crops in the Plant Bed.
Uses
Once connected to a Water Pipe in use, and the Water Tank still has water in it, the Plant Bed Sprinkler can be activated to slowly hydrate crops, consuming a small amount of 
power, shutting off once the Plant Bed is fully hydrated.
