Problems with this page:

I noticed right away trying to edit this page was a nightmare for me - i could barely hit enter to add spacing and would have a big delay.

• Wiki pages can get too large to where the server cannot parse the information.

The solution is to separate the information index tables to separate pages and transclude them to this one

EX: Create [[Protein (Meats)]] page. THEN place {{:Protein (Meats)}} on Food page where you want the information to show.

with <onlyinclude> TABLE </onlyinclude> tags wrapped around the table that's the only thing that would show on the Food page.

This could be done for all the sections- it would solve 2 issues; the lag time because there's too much on this page to parse, and it would allow editors to easily find and update stats to the right section/food they want without dealing with the whole page.

Collapsed tables

I did set the tables to "collapsed" but that's just to show the function that we can collapse these tables to hide the information we don't want to see... it's an option. I prefer closed tables at first sight and the ability to expand them if i want. Both ways can be done.. collapsed or leave expanded.
