Salmon Fillets are harvested from Large Salmon.
Cooking
The proper way to prepare your Salmon Fillets is to cook it in either a Campfire or Woodburner.
- Best to not leave unattended otherwise your meal will likely be burnt, providing the least nutrients possible.
It can also be used to make Fish Pie inside an Oven. (Note: This requires a Baking Pan to make.)
Stats
The table below shows the four stages of cooking. Large Salmon can also be eaten raw and is similar to eating two raw fillets (but you won't get the Fish Oil).
